Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology, Chennai, established in the year 2008 by MJF. Ln.Leo Muthu, Chairman of Sapthagiri Educational Trust, is non-profitable, and non-minority institution. The College is functioning at Sai Leo Nagar near the well-known fascinating Theme Park, “Kishkinta”.

The college buildings are architecturally designed as per AICTE norms. Imbibed with the message of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, the Chairman ventured into the realm of providing quality technical education to both urban and rural students from Tamil Nadu as well as other states. the chairman is visionary and he has to his credit, various other enterprises such as Real Estate, Industry and various Educational Institutions.

Furthermore, in Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology, Business Administration was established in 2009, and it offers Post Graduate MBA programme. Besides , he also ventured into the arena of medical sciences in Indian Medicine, by starting the medical college for Indian Medicine namely Siddha, Ayurvedha & Homeopathy-all under one roof. He was also instrumental in starting “The Academy for the Blind” and “Home for the Aged” under the community service programmes of the Lion Club.

Now, Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology has developed into a reputed Engineering Institution, Offering top quality technical education and moulding the younger generation with the spirit of service to society, the Chairman has spared efforts to induct dedicated faculty and provide adequate infrastructure facilities. The college is affiliated to Anna University and also approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.
